Title : Homes Sales Executive


Position Overview


The Home Sales Executive is responsible for managing assigned clients to achieve sales targets while ensuring seamless coordination across design, operations, and procurement teams. The role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing product selections, ensuring timely procurement, and supporting smooth project execution from enquiry to final handover.

The position requires proactive client engagement, vendor coordination, market awareness, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales processes while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

1. Product, Buyout & Procurement Management

The Home Sales Executive will be responsible for managing product sourcing and procurement processes for assigned projects.

Identify and source required products and materials for interior projects.

Manage buyouts and procurement of products from vendors and suppliers.

Coordinate preparation of proformas, quotations, and order placements.

Track procurement timelines to ensure materials are delivered as per project schedule.

Maintain procurement records including expense sheets, payment follow-ups, and order tracking.

Ensure quality and quantity checks of products before final delivery to the project site.

Support cost optimization through efficient purchasing and rate negotiations.

2. Material Selection & 360 Client Support

The role involves providing end-to-end support to clients during the material selection process for their homes.

Guide clients in selecting materials such as tiles, marble, lighting, kitchen accessories, and other dcor elements.

Accompany clients to showrooms and markets for product selection when required.

Provide professional advice on product suitability, design compatibility, and budget considerations.

Coordinate with designers and project teams to align selected materials with the approved design plan.

Ensure proper documentation of selections, quotations, and approvals from clients.

Support clients throughout the selection process to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

3. Vendor & Supplier Management

The Home Sales Executive will maintain and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure efficient procurement and competitive pricing.

Identify and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers for project materials.

Maintain strong professional relationships with existing vendors.

Conduct market visits to stay updated on new products, suppliers, and industry trends.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with vendors.

Ensure vendors meet required quality standards and delivery commitments.

Explore opportunities for new collaborations with suppliers to enhance product offerings.

4. Client Management & Client Servicing

The role requires active client engagement and relationship management throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage assigned clients and ensure timely communication throughout the project.

Understand client requirements and present suitable home dcor products and solutions.

Share quotations, obtain approvals, and coordinate payment processes.

Provide professional client servicing by pitching relevant home products and solutions.

Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth project progress and successful sales closure.


Experience : Minimum 3 years in the relevant profile

Communication : Should be very fluent in English , Kannada & Hindi

Salary : Depends upon the skills & experience
