Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Full Stack Developer & Automation Engineer , open to Freshers as well as professionals with up to 34 years of experience . The role involves working across modern front-end and back-end technologies, maintaining legacy .NET applications, and contributing to test automation frameworks using SAF, Java, and C# .

The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, capable of handling end-to-end development tasks, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a strong focus on code quality, automation, and scalability .

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js for the front end and Node.js (Express.js) for the back end.
• Build and optimize database solutions using MongoDB and SQL Server , including queries, joins, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Work on ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and Web Forms applications for legacy system maintenance and feature enhancements.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts using SAF Automation frameworks .
• Perform automation testing using Java and C# (C-Sharp) for web and API-based applications.
• Deploy, configure, and manage applications on IIS (Internet Information Services) .
• Write clean, reusable, scalable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and issue resolution across development and automation layers.
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, and monitoring .
• For freshers: learn and contribute under mentorship to development and automation tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

For Freshers:

• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS , and basic React.js concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Node.js and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with SQL fundamentals and basic database concepts.
• Exposure to automation testing concepts , SAF framework , or scripting using Java or C# is a plus.
• Willingness to learn .NET technologies and IIS deployment.
• Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to grow in a full-stack + automation role.

For 34 Years Experienced Candidates.

• 34 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer and/or Automation Engineer .
• Strong proficiency in React.js (hooks, state management, component lifecycle; Redux is a plus).
• Solid hands-on experience with Node.js (Express.js) .
• Strong experience with MongoDB and SQL Server (T-SQL, joins, indexes, triggers).
• Working knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and Web Forms .
• Hands-on experience with SAF Automation frameworks .
• Strong automation experience using Java and C# (C-Sharp) .
• Experience deploying and hosting applications on IIS .
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs , JWT/OAuth authentication , and web security best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments .

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.
• Exposure to performance testing or API automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or containerization is a plus.
