Why this role exists?

Most engineering software is sold by people who have never sat inside a real engineering

team.

We are building a ground-level engineering intelligence networkengineers who enter

manufacturing organizations to listen, not to sell.

Your role is to understand where engineering actually breaksbefore any PLM

conversation begins.

The Mandate

This is not:

Sales

Requirement gathering

This is:

Deep observation

First-principles questioning

Translating lived engineering pain into insight

What You Will Do?

You will spend time inside manufacturing environments and:

Trace how designs move from concept release production

Observe breakdowns in:

o CAD reuse & design continuity

o Engineering changes (ECR/ECO)

o BOM & configuration accuracy

o Documentation & compliance readiness

o R&D Manufacturing feedback loops Capture verbatim language engineers use when something hurts

Identify workarounds engineers never admit in formal reviews

Your output is clarity, not slides.
