Position: Solution Architect US Healthcare (Presales & GTM)

Location: Gurgaon (Preferred) / PAN India

About Latinum:

Latinum is hiring a senior Solution Architect / SME with core US Healthcare Payor experience to lead presales, solutioning, and GTM initiatives for our Healthcare vertical.

This role owns end-to-end US Healthcare contact center solution strategy, working closely with Sales and Leadership to design, price, and defend large Healthcare deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead US Healthcare presales and solution architecture for proactive and reactive deals
• Own RFP/RFQ responses, pricing, commercials, and client defenses
• Partner with Sales on GTM strategy, pipeline growth, and new logo pursuits
• Design and transform US Healthcare Payor & Provider contact center operations
• Define as-is to to-be process transformation roadmaps
• Design AI-enabled and Agentic AI CX solutions
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, TCPA, and US Healthcare regulations

Mandatory Experience

• 10+ years of core US Healthcare experience
• Hands-on US Healthcare Payor experience (mandatory)
• Strong background in Healthcare contact center operations
• Proven presales / solutioning ownership
• 17+ years overall experience in BPO / BPM / Consulting

Candidates without US Healthcare Payor experience will not be considered.
