This leadership role will be responsible for building and leading the universitys career services ecosystem, strengthening corporate partnerships, and driving strong student outcomes aligned with global academic and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead placement strategies and employer engagement initiatives to enhance student employability.
• Build partnerships with leading corporations, startups, and industry bodies for internships, projects, and collaborations.
• Develop alumni engagement and mentorship programs to support student career growth.
• Oversee skill development and career readiness initiatives aligned with global workforce requirements.
• Track market and industry trends to align career services with emerging opportunities.
• Support student leadership initiatives and industry-facing events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in career services, corporate relations, industry engagement, or placements within the higher education sector.
• Masters degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in building and scaling industry partnerships and career development initiatives.
