Head of Information Technology

Role: Head of IT for a fast-growing consumer-focused brand

Location: Dehradun (Initial Dehradun, then Noida)

Job Description:

This is a strategic leadership position where you will own and drive the entire IT ecosystem of the organization. You will lead the implementation and management of WMS (Warehouse Management System), SAP, Digital Factory Automation, and other key technology initiatives critical to the business.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of overall experience, with at least 4-5 years in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.
• Strong expertise in SAP (post go-live), WMS, MES, and factory automation systems.
• Demonstrated success in change management, user training, and technology adoption.
• A business-first thinker with strong stakeholder management and solution-oriented problem-solving.
• Drive digital transformation projects with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
• Willingness to relocate to Dehradun for a minimum of 6 months, after which the role is based in Noida with required travel.
• Work Schedule: 6-day working week (6th day can be Work From Home)
