Head of Information Technology

We are looking for a strategic and visionary Head of IT to lead our technological roadmap and drive digital excellence across our organization.

As we continue to expand our footprint in the real estate sector, we need a leader who can seamlessly integrate robust IT infrastructure with innovative business solutions.

The Head - IT will lead the organizations technology strategy, digital

innovation, and enterprise systems management to enable business growth, operational efficiency, and superior customer experience. The role is responsible for building a scalable, secure, and future-ready

technology ecosystem across the entire real estate lifecycle including sales, construction, finance, and customer services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Strategy & Digital Transformation

Define and execute the organizations IT and digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.

2. ERP Strategy & Enterprise Systems Governance

Define the enterprise ERP architecture and roadmap aligned with the real estate business lifecycle.

3. IT Infrastructure & Operations

Design and manage a secure, scalable cloud-first IT infrastructure ensuring high system availability and performance.

4. Data Strategy, AI & Analytics Enablement

Establish enterprise data architecture including data warehouse/data lake frameworks and

analytics platforms.

5. Data Governance & Cybersecurity

Develop enterprise-wide data governance frameworks and policies ensuring data integrity and compliance.

6. Programme Leadership & Delivery

Establish and lead a Technology Program Management Office (PMO) for major IT and digital transformation initiatives.

7. Change Management & User Adoption

Drive organization-wide technology adoption and change management initiatives.

8. Talent Development & Strategic Partnerships

Build and lead a high-performing IT, data, and AI team.

9. Future-Ready Technology Architecture

Ensure technology architecture supports future business expansion, mergers & acquisitions, andportfolio diversification.

What we are looking for:

Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Qualification

15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles.

Experience implementing ERP and CRM systems in real estate or infrastructure sectors preferred.

Proven experience leading digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives.
