YOUR ROLE

Own the end-to-end prompt and conversational ai engineering strategy across all AI products, ensuring consistently accurate, reliable, and high-quality model outputs.
Design, develop, and continuously optimize production-grade prompt systems for complex, real-world use cases.
Define and maintain quality benchmarks by rigorously testing prompts against QC outputs and performance metrics.
Lead structured experimentation and A/B testing to systematically improve prompt effectiveness, accuracy, and robustness.
Manager a talented set of Conversational AI Engineers alongwith mentoring and guiding them, setting a high bar for quality, innovation and growth.
Partner closely with AI researchers, engineers, product managers, and business teams to align prompts with product goals and user outcomes.
Analyze user behavior, feedback, and model outputs to drive data-backed prompt improvements.
Stay ahead of advancements in LLMs, NLP techniques, and prompt frameworks, and translate them into practical implementations.
Establish and document prompt engineering standards, frameworks, and best practices, enabling scale and consistency across teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a managerial role is a must
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Linguistics, English, Journalism, or a related field.
Deep command of English language, structure, and intent modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
