Head Groomer & Training Lead

Lead grooming quality, training, and supply standards as we scale our at-home pet services across cities. This role will define SOPs, train groomers, and build the foundation for our grooming academy.

This is a leadership role, not just a grooming role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and run structured grooming training programs
• Certify and onboard new groomers before field deployment
• Define breed-specific grooming SOPs and time benchmarks
• Conduct field audits and reduce complaint rates
• Improve repeat % through quality consistency
• Build long-term grooming training infrastructure
