Job Title: Head Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Spiro is a fast-growing organization at the intersection of innovation and operational excellence. We are looking for a sharp and strategic Head FP&A to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is key to driving financial visibility, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with business units.
• Analyze financial performance, identify variances vs. budget/forecast, and present actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to support decision-making with financial models and analysis.
• Track key business drivers and market trends to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Develop and enhance financial models for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and resource allocation.
• Support board reporting, investor presentations, and other strategic initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and automation within FP&A to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience working in a high-growth or tech-driven environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
