45 years of experience in supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation and Benefits modules.

Proven expertise in developing and maintaining complex Fast Formulas to automate compensation processes and calculations.

Strong experience in supporting integrations between Workforce Compensation and other HR systems.

Hands-on experience with advanced Oracle Fusion Benefits processes, including life event triggers, collapsing event rules, and related configurations.

Proficient in configuring benefit programs and plans, including enrollment and eligibility rules.

Solid understanding of ACA (Affordable Care Act) reporting requirements.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekend oncall support.

Good understanding of Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks and adherence to support standards.
