Technical Competency : L3

experience in Install, configure, and maintain Hashicorp Vault infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. 

• Manage secrets lifecycle (generation, rotation, and revocation) to ensure secure access to sensitive information. 

• Experience with Hashicorp Vault SSH secrets engine, PKI Secrets Engine and Hashicorp Vault KV Secrets Engine. 

• Experience in implementing/operating key management or certificate management projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support. 

• Experience in configuring Hashicorp Vault policies, secure authentication and implement leading security practices for operations (availability, key custodianship, performance scaling, governance) 

• Experience in configuring different Auth methods in Hashicorp (App role , AWS, Azure, etc) 

• Should have the ability to understand customer requirements, may include customized integration situations like (Integration of IGA Solutions with Hashicorp Vault) and be capable of suggesting solutions. 

• Experience in technologies, such as PKI, SSH, LDAP, Windows, Linux, and various directories. 

• Implement access control policies using Vault's role-based access control (RBAC). 

• Experience in developing Governance framework / High level and low-level architecture documents. 

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of the Vault architecture, policies, and procedures. 

• Experience in utilizing ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA etc.) for access management, tracking progress/escalation, and generating operational reports to share periodic snapshots.
