About the Role

As a Happiness Executive / Companion, you will engage with customers over chat and video calls, helping them feel heard, valued, and positive through friendly, respectful, and uplifting conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in text or video interactions with customers to promote positivity and happiness to those in distress and need empathy

In-person conversations or meeting over coffee in public place in Gurugram to verified customers

Build warm, empathetic connections while maintaining professionalism.

Listen actively and communicate with patience and respect.

Maintain confidentiality and follow company conversation guidelines

Share insights and feedback to improve customer experience.

Requirements

Need a graduation degree in Bcom, Bsc, BA

Strong command over both Hindi and English; knowledge of one regional language is an advantage.

Friendly personality, good communication skills, and emotional intelligence.

Comfortable appearing on video calls with a neat, presentable look.

Prior experience in customer service, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.
