Job Description
The Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) will serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting the Suncity Sales Gallery. This role is responsible for creating a warm, premium, and welcoming customer experience, assisting walk-in clients, and supporting the sales team to ensure seamless customer engagement and improved conversions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome and greet customers visiting the Sales Gallery in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Assist visitors with initial information about projects, offerings, amenities, and facilities.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to manage visitor flow, appointments, and walk-ins efficiently.
- Maintain accurate visitor records and documentation in accordance with company processes.
- Ensure the Sales Gallerys ambience, presentation, and hygiene consistently meet brand and hospitality standards.
- Address customer queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Provide support to the sales team during events, site visits, launches, and promotional activities hosted at the Sales Gallery.
Eligibility & Requirements :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer-handling abilities.
- Well-groomed and presentable personality with a high level of professionalism.
- Prior experience in premium or luxury customer service environments.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
