As we grow, we are looking for a Sales & Growth Lead who can take ownership of revenue creation across StartUp Movers and its subsidiaries, while building a sales engine that is sharp, sustainable, customer-first, and community-driven.
This is not a conventional sales role.
This is a business ownership role.
You will lead the sales function with a clear mandate: drive growth, own outcomes, and build systems that scale.
You will be responsible for revenue strategy, pipeline creation, conversion excellence, and market expansion across the company and its subsidiary businesses. This role requires someone who can think like a builder, execute like an operator, and lead like an owner.
You will carry a target-driven and P&L-oriented approach, while ensuring that growth does not come at the cost of customer experience, brand trust, or long-term community value.
You should be excited by the idea of building revenue with intent, creating meaningful relationships in the startup ecosystem, and shaping how the market experiences the StartUp Movers brand.
Lead end-to-end sales strategy across StartUp Movers and its subsidiaries
Drive revenue growth through structured acquisition, partnerships, referrals, community-led opportunities, and strategic outreach
Own business targets with a clear focus on profitability, quality of revenue, and sustainable scale
Take P&L ownership for the function and contribute directly to commercial decision-making
Build and manage a high-conviction sales pipeline across founder-led businesses, startups, and growth-stage companies
Design and improve the full sales journey, from lead generation to closure to onboarding alignment
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client conversion, clean handovers, and strong customer experience
Create systems, dashboards, reporting rhythms, and review mechanisms to improve predictability and accountability
Identify market opportunities, customer segments, partnership channels, and demand trends across the startup ecosystem
Build strategic relationships with founders, ecosystem enablers, communities, investors, and channel partners
Ensure the brand is not just selling services, but also building a community-first market presence
Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns, narratives, and growth initiatives that are modern, relevant, and conversion-oriented
Protect customer trust by ensuring the sales approach stays transparent, credible, and value-led
Build, lead, and mentor a future-ready sales team over time
We are looking for someone who combines commercial sharpness with business maturity.

1. Strong experience in sales, growth, business development, or revenue leadership
2. A proven track record of owning targets and driving measurable business outcomes
3. The ability to think beyond top-line growth and understand profitability, unit economics, and commercial discipline
4. Confidence in building and managing revenue funnels, client relationships, and strategic partnerships
5. Strong ownership mindset someone who treats the role like a business, not a job
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
7. High comfort with structured execution, reporting, dashboards, and performance review mechanisms
8. Strong alignment with a target-based approach, while keeping customer experience and retention central
9. Understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem, founder behavior, and evolving business needs
10. Digital-first thinking and familiarity with modern sales, CRM, social selling, and growth workflows
11. The ability to work cross-functionally and bring sales, marketing, operations, and client success into one aligned motion
