Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Skills in negotiation, lead generation, and market analysis
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a customer-first approach
- Knowledge of franchise models, investor relations, and compliance requirements is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Prior experience in growth strategy or franchise development is advantageous
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
