2026 is our biggest year yet. We are scaling demand aggressively across SMB and mid-market segments and building a modern, efficient, AI forward growth engine


About the role


This is a hands-on role with direct revenue ownership.


As the Growth and Demand Generation Lead, you will own how demand is created, captured, nurtured, and expanded across the customer lifecycle. Your mandate is to drive trials, leads, and pipeline while continuously improving efficiency and reducing cost of acquisition.


This role goes far beyond paid campaigns. You will build and operate a unified demand engine across paid and AI powered paid channels, email and lifecycle programs, product led growth loops, content driven demand, and sales assisted motions.


You will think in systems, build workflows, run experiments, and scale what works. If you get energy from revenue, compounding impact, and operational excellence, this role is built for you.


What you will own


You will design and run the end to end demand funnel across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion.


You will own paid channels and AI driven paid experimentation, with a strong focus on CAC efficiency and high intent demand for upper SMB and mid market buyers.


You will make email and lifecycle marketing a core revenue driver, building programs across onboarding, activation, retention, upsell, cross sell, and win back. Segmentation, personalization, and timing will be central to your approach.


You will build and scale product led demand loops, including templates, free tools, workflows, and in product sharing triggers that generate qualified demand from real usage.


You will partner closely with the content and product marketing teams to turn launches, narratives, and thought leadership into pipeline generating programs.


You will work tightly with Sales, SDRs, RevOps, and Customer Success to support sales assisted growth, account based plays, deal acceleration campaigns, and expansion motions.


You will also set up AI powered workflows for sales, enabling better targeting, enrichment, personalization, prioritization, and follow up across the revenue team.


Growth channels you will actively build and scale


Paid and AI powered paid channels across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms

AI native discovery in partnership with the content team across platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini, including prompt level optimization

Email and lifecycle programs spanning acquisition, onboarding, retention, expansion, and reactivation

Product led growth loops through templates, utilities, and in product sharing

Influencer, creator, and ecosystem led growth through trusted operator voices and practitioner communities

Sales assisted and signal driven growth including warm outbound, account based plays, and deal acceleration


What success looks like


A predictable, scalable pipeline engine with improving acquisition efficiency

Email and lifecycle established as meaningful contributors to revenue

Multiple non SEO growth channels scaled beyond experimentation

Clear linkage between growth activity and pipeline, ARR, retention, and expansion

Sales teams operating with better signals, context, and AI powered workflows


What we are looking for


Five to eight years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation

Proven ownership of pipeline creation and acquisition efficiency

Deep hands on expertise in email and lifecycle marketing

Strong experience running paid programs with a focus on ROI

Comfort building systems, workflows, and experiments from scratch

AI forward mindset with practical experience using modern tools

Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and product
