The evolution of Vymo as a product can be broadly divided into three phases
- Lead and Activity Management: We provided a mobile-first lead and activity management tool that enabled large enterprises with distributed field sales teams to digitize their sales processes and get real time visibility into their team’s productivity.
- Sales Engagement Platform: We built capabilities like nudges, goals, playbooks, performance dashboards etc that enabled large financial institutions to improve their business outcomes(faster time to convert, higher sales, increased productivity etc).
- Distribution Management Platform: We are currently in this phase. With a significantincrease in the number of apps an average seller uses to perform their day-to-day business activities,financial institutions are looking to consolidate their tech stack. In addition, we realize that we have an opportunity to become an insurance “core system” by owning the end-to-end advisor life cycle - recruitment, onboarding, training, selling, engagement and performance management.
About the Role
We are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution across core collections journey. This is a high-impact role that will directly influence how financial institutions manage credit performance and recoveries.
Key Responsibilities
Define the product vision and roadmap for lending and collections products aligned with business goals.
Lead Product Managers and guide product execution from discovery to rollout and adoption.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to shape requirements and deliver features with measurable impact.
Drive innovation and build differentiated capabilities in areas like collections automation, field debt recovery, repayment intelligence, and compliance workflows.
Own customer and market research to identify pain points and new opportunities in the lending/collections space.
Partner closely with enterprise clients to co-create scalable solutions for both secured and unsecured lending use cases.
Establish product metrics and constantly improve based on user adoption, NPS, and business outcomes.
Represent the product internally and externally — with leadership, partners, and clients.
Who You Are
10–15 years of product experience, with at least 5 years focused on lending and collections platforms.
Prior experience working with banks, NBFCs, or financial SaaS companies is a must.
Proven ability to lead product strategy, manage a team, and drive execution at scale.
Strong analytical skills — able to translate customer and business problems into actionable product decisions.
Comfortable navigating complex enterprise environments and influencing senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared product vision.
Nice to Have
Experience in building solutions for debt collections (field or digital), loan servicing, or credit risk monitoring.
Exposure to compliance-heavy domains or regulatory tech for BFSI.
