Job Summary

As a GRC Engineer you will play a crucial role in managing and mitigating risks within the organization. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining governance risk and compliance frameworks. This position requires a strong understanding of risk management and audit management processes. The role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain governance risk and compliance frameworks to ensure organizational integrity.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and execute audit management plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management practices into daily operations.
  • Monitor and report on risk management activities to senior management.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze audit findings and recommend corrective actions to address compliance gaps.
  • Ensure that all risk management activities align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance risk awareness across the organization.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in risk management.
  • Utilize risk management tools and software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Support the development of policies and procedures related to governance risk and compliance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes and frameworks.

  • Possess a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
  • Demonstrate experience in audit management and compliance processes.
  • Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show proficiency in using risk management software and tools.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
