About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 35 years of hands-on experience in delivering high-quality designs across web, social media, video, and print formats. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, brand understanding, and the ability to translate business and marketing requirements into compelling visual assets.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute designs for digital platforms including websites, landing pages, social media creatives, ad banners, and emailers
• Design print collateral such as brochures, posters, standees, flyers, presentations, and brand assets
• Create and adapt creatives for video formats including thumbnails, storyboards, motion-ready layouts, and basic video graphics
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, typography, color, and visual language across all outputs
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and performance teams to deliver campaign-led creatives
• Manage multiple design requirements simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate designs based on business needs
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging creative technologies

Qualifications

• 35 years of professional experience in graphic design

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
• Solid understanding of design principles, layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for web, social media, video, and print formats
• Ability to think conceptually and execute creatively
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI-based graphic and visual generation tools such as: Kling/Higsfield/ Midjourney / DALLE / Firefly or similar platforms
• Ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity, ideation, and creative output
• Openness to experimenting with new design workflows and technologies
