The Role

This is a mid-level graphic design role for someone who can independently handle design requirements while collaborating closely with copy, strategy, and account teams.

What youll do

• Translate briefs into clear, impactful visual communication
• Design for digital, social, brand assets, presentations, and campaign creatives
• Maintain visual consistency across brands and platforms
• Think beyond layouts question the brief, add value, improve outcomes
• Work closely with senior creatives to refine ideas and execution
• Manage timelines responsibly without constant follow-ups

What were looking for

• 25 years of hands-on design experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• A solid understanding of branding, typography, layouts, and visual hierarchy
• Someone who welcomes feedback and takes ownership of their work
• A mindset aligned with high standards, accountability, and continuous improvement
