What we are looking for:

5-8 years of experience in graphic design with work across digital and traditional channels

Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and comfort with AI-powered

design/imaging tools.

Ability to balance speed with quality, adapting designs quickly while maintaining craft.

Strong foundation in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and storytelling through design.

Clear communicator with strong presentation skills able to explain creative decisions

while delivering files.

Consumer-first mindset: ability to empathize with the end-user and design for clarity,

resonance, and impact.

Comfortable working in both Hindi and English to create culturally relevant communication.

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
