What Youll Do:

Creative Design & Campaign Development:

• Create compelling online and offline ad creatives aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Develop engaging social media content across platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

E-commerce & Performance Creatives:

• Design high-converting e-commerce creatives, including product images, banners, emailers, and WhatsApp creatives.
• Optimize creatives to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across digital channels.

Adaptation & Brand Consistency:

• Resize, adapt, and repurpose creatives for multiple platforms while maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and campaign requirements.

Video Content & Post-Production:

• Assist in creating high-quality video content for digital marketing campaigns, including editing and post-production.
• Contribute to ideation and execution of engaging visual storytelling formats.

Innovation & AI Integration:

• Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging creative formats.
• Utilize AI tools and technologies to streamline workflows, optimize creatives, and explore new creative possibilities.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) and Canva.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Portfolio: Strong and updated portfolio showcasing diverse static and video design projects.
• Creative Eye: Detail-oriented with a strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
