Graphic Designer

Role Summary:

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer with 24 years of experience who can translate concepts into impactful visual designs. The role involves creating presentation decks, digital creatives, branding assets, and supporting UI/visual communication needs using Adobe tools and modern AI-based design workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality PowerPoint decks and visual presentations for business and client requirements
• Create marketing collaterals including social media creatives, brochures, banners, logos, and brand assets
• Develop illustrations, layouts, and digital designs using Illustrator, Photoshop, and related tools
• Support UI/UX design tasks such as wireframes, mockups, and visual concepts when required
• Assist in video and motion design projects using Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Use AI-based tools/models for image and video generation as per project needs
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver within timelines

Required Skills & Tools:

• Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and XD
• Proficiency in Figma for layouts, mockups, and prototyping
• Experience in creating presentation decks and visual storytelling
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Familiarity with AI tools for creative generation (images/videos)
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles

Experience & Qualifications:

• 24 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, visual communication, or digital design
• Experience working on both print and digital creatives
• Portfolio showcasing presentations, branding, and marketing creatives
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Exposure to UI/UX design workflows (wireframes, prototypes)
• Experience working with marketing or product teams

Basic understanding of branding strategy and campaign design
