At ThriveMinds, we believe great design is strategy made visible. Were looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals and help strengthen our brand presence across digital and print platforms.

What Youll Do

Create engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, website assets, and marketing materials

Design motion graphics, reels, and video edits

Develop infographics, brochures, presentations, and other brand collaterals

Ensure consistency in brand identity, typography, colour, and visual style

Collaborate with marketing teams to create high-impact campaign visuals

Support UI assets and landing page designs

Tools & Skills

Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop

Adobe XD / Figma

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and print production (CMYK)

Familiarity with AI tools like Adobe Firefly or Midjourney is a plus

Basic 3D knowledge (Blender / Cinema 4D) is an advantage

Experience & Qualification

Bachelors Degree (Mandatory)

24 years of experience in graphic design (digital + print)

Portfolio is mandatory applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
