About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and creative Graphic & Motion Designer to join our team in South Delhi. This role is specifically designed for a visual storyteller who has spent the last 34 years honing their craft within a fast-paced agency environment.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-end visual content for our portfolio of luxury brands. The ideal candidate is someone who can seamlessly pivot between high-fidelity static brand design and dynamic, trend-focused video content for social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Identity & Static Design: Develop sophisticated visual assets for premium brands, including social media grids, digital advertisements, and brand collateral using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Create engaging, high-energy Instagram Reels and short-form video content. This includes basic video editing in Premiere Pro and adding motion graphics/vfx in After Effects.
• Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the account and strategy teams to translate client briefs into visual narratives that resonate with a luxury/premium audience.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media design trends (specifically for Instagram and TikTok) to ensure our clients' content remains cutting-edge.
• Quality Control: Ensure all output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of aesthetic "premiumness."

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 34 years of professional experience, ideally within a creative or marketing agency.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing both static graphic design and motion/video work for high-end or premium brands.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Expert: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficient: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects.
• Location: Currently residing in New Delhi and comfortable commuting to an office in South Delhi.
• Communication: Strong ability to articulate design choices and collaborate with a creative team.
• Mindset: A keen eye for detail, typography, and color theory, with the ability to handle tight deadlines without compromising quality.
