Were now expanding our creative team and looking for a Graphic Designer who lives and breathes performance creatives.

If your portfolio shows strong design sense, fast execution, and the ability to turn simple product shots into scroll-stopping ads we want to meet you.

What Youll Work On

• High-CTR Meta & Google ad creatives
• Product branding, website graphics, social media content
• Creative variations, hooks, comparison ads, offer graphics
• Premium luxury visuals for Sadhna.co + bold visuals for Smart Gym Science
• Quick iterations based on performance data & feedback

What We Expect

• Strong skills in Photoshop & Illustrator
• Ability to design 820 creative variations daily
• Good understanding of typography, color theory & layout
• Ability to work fast, take feedback, and maintain quality
• Experience creating performance creatives for D2C brands (preferred)
• Knowledge of AI tools / Figma / After Effects is a plus

• 12 years design experience
• Portfolio-first, idea-driven, quick problem solver
• Someone who enjoys experimenting with hooks, contrasts, layouts
• Obsessed with making ads that get clicks not just look pretty
• Can think visually and convert ideas into polished creatives fast
