Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic

marketing and design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual

storytelling, and a knack for creating impactful visuals that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Design & Branding:

Develop creative assets including banners, infographics, email templates,

presentations, and social media visuals.

Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and guidelines

Creative Conceptualization:

Generate fresh ideas for campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

Work with the marketing team to visualize and execute design concepts for ads,

brochures, and other promotional materials.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the product, marketing, and development teams to translate

project requirements into visually appealing designs.

Take feedback constructively and iterate on designs to meet project goals.

Trends & Innovation:

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to keep the brand

at the forefront of creativity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD),

Figma, Sketch, or similar.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.

Familiarity with design guidelines for web and mobile platforms.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Motion graphics or video editing experience using After Effects or similar tools.

Experience in designing for fintech or SaaS platforms.
