Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help us visually communicate our brand and offerings through high-quality posters, flyers, and brochures .

Responsibilities

• Design engaging and on-brand marketing materials including:
• UI/UX Design, Social Media Creatives, PPTs
• Promotional posters for events, webinars, and campaigns
• Informative and visually appealing flyers for parent outreach and community programs
• Professionally designed brochures for partners, schools, and parent presentations
• Understand the Mentor Match brand voice and apply it consistently across all visuals
• Work closely with the marketing and partnerships team to develop creatives that align with campaign objectives
• Deliver print-ready and digital-friendly designs in appropriate formats
• Revise designs based on feedback in a timely manner

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating marketing collateral (please include a portfolio or samples)
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar
• Strong visual storytelling and layout skills
• Attention to detail and a good sense of color, typography, and branding
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with the education or edtech sector (preferred but not mandatory)
