Key Responsibilities

Conceptualise, design, and produce high-quality visual content for a range of platforms, including social media posts, website assets, presentations, email campaigns, and print marketing materials.
Plan, shoot (when necessary), edit, and produce engaging video content, including short-form social media videos (e.g., Reels, Shorts), promotional ads, and internal communications.
Create and integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video projects and digital campaigns.
Utilise AI-powered design and video tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, DALL-E) to streamline workflows, generate innovative concepts, and enhance the quality and efficiency of creative deliverables.
Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and product teams, to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, priorities tasks, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and AI technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

3+ years of proven professional experience in graphic design and video editing, supported by a strong, diverse online portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Working knowledge and hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout design.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is often preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a fast-paced agency or startup environment.
