• Design scroll-stopping creatives forsocial media, website, ads, campaigns, and launches
• Build and evolve ourbrand system from brand books and templates to presentations and digital assets
• Translate raw ideas and quick briefs intoimpactful visuals
• UseAI tools to accelerate design workflows without losing brand quality
• Manage multiple tasks, fast turnarounds, and changing priorities like a pro
• Ensure everything looks consistent, intentional, and on-brand

• Strong skills in design software likeAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Coreldraw and more.
• Comfortable usingAI-powered design tools (image generation, enhancements, layout support)
• Prior experience withbeauty, lifestyle, wellness, or sustainability brands preferred
• A sharp eye for detail, typography, and storytelling
• Ability to workfast, independently, and with clarity
• Goodwritten communication skills you get the brief and execute without hand-holding
