Roles & Responsibilities

• Turn ideas into visuals that feel thoughtful, premium and very Hello December.
• Design creatives for Instagram, WhatsApp, website and campaigns.
• Create posters, brochures, decks, menus, banners and brand collaterals.
• Work on packaging, labels, mockups and print assets.
• Adapt designs across formats without losing the brand vibe.
• Keep fonts, colors and layouts clean, consistent and on-point.
• Organize brand assets so nothing looks messy, ever.

Must Have

• A strong eye for design, spacing and typography.
• Hands-on with Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva or Figma.
• Ability to design fast without compromising quality.
• Basic understanding of branding and social media aesthetics.

Good to Have

• Basic video editing or motion design skills.
• Experience with lifestyle, dcor or D2C brands.
• Understanding of print and production.
