About the Role:

Were on the lookout for a Graphic Designer who blends creativity with clarity and can breathe life into brand visuals across static, motion, and video formats. If youre a design thinker who thrives in a fast-paced agency setup and can own visual storytelling across platforms we want you at Webboombaa!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design static creatives, social media assets, and campaign collaterals.
• Create engaging motion graphics, video edits, and animated explainer videos.
• Lead visual storytelling for digital campaigns, reels, product videos, and brand films.
• Collaborate closely with content writers, strategists, and the marketing team to bring ideas to life.
• Manage end-to-end execution of design projects from brief to delivery.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, review outputs, and ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and new tools.

Must-Have Skills:

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Strong portfolio across branding, digital, motion, and video.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Excellent visual and communication skills.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• UI/UX design knowledge
• 2D/3D animation skills
• Familiarity with Figma or Canva for collaborative design
