Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring our brand to life across digital campaigns, social media, performance marketing, and on-ground branding. You will work closely with marketing, growth, and content teams to create visually compelling assets that drive engagement and leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact creatives for social media, ads, website, landing pages, and campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals
• Collaborate with marketing & growth teams for campaign concepts
• Translate ideas into engaging visuals with quick turnaround times
• Basic motion creatives/GIFs (good to have)
• Adapt designs based on performance insights

Required Skills

• Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma/Canva (Adobe Suite preferred)
• Excellent sense of layout, color, typography, and visual storytelling
• Experience in digital marketing creatives & branding
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication & feedback-handling skills

Good to Have

• Experience in real estate, construction, or startup environments
• Motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Basic UI/UX understanding
