Graphic Designer (2+ Years Experience)

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This full-time position will involve working closely with the Marketing Team to design high-impact visuals and digital content that elevate brand presence across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing collateral, including digital and print creatives such as banners, flyers, brochures, social media posts, presentations, and email templates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive branding and campaign visuals that align with the overall identity.
• Create engaging digital assets for web, social media, newsletters, and event promotions.
• Work on video editing projects such as short promotional clips, testimonials, and training videos (basic to intermediate level preferred).
• Maintain consistency in design quality and brand tone across all materials.
• Support the marketing team during special campaigns, trade shows, and conferences.
• Utilize visual storytelling techniques to enhance content.
• Work on content creation and administrative tasks as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital marketing best practices, and visual storytelling techniques.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a design role (agency or marketing team experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic to intermediate skills in video editing using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools (preferred).
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design collaboration tools is a plus.
• Excellent sense of visual composition, colour theory, and typography.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across time zones with the Canadian marketing team.
• Strong understanding of the English language; French is an asset.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of motion graphics or simple animations for digital and social platforms.
• Experience designing for the travel or lifestyle industry.
• Basic understanding of brand marketing and storytelling.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant design experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality visual content that aligns with brand identity.
