Position Overview:

Were looking for a Graphic Design & Video Editing Intern who can independently create social media creatives AND short-form videos/reels . This is an execution-heavy role. Your work will go live. If you cant edit videos confidently, this role is not for you .This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain firsthand exposure to the interior design industry, and grow rapidly in a high-energy startup environment.

Role: Graphic Designer

Location: Delhi-NCR (Mode of work: Remote/Hybrid)

What Youll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design static social media posts, carousels, and stories
• Edit short-form videos/reels (cuts, transitions, basic motion, text overlays, music sync)
• Create reel covers, thumbnails, and post adaptations across platforms
• Understand briefs quickly and execute without hand-holding
• Take feedback seriously and turn revisions fast
• Support with presentations, brochures, and marketing creatives when required

Must Haves:

• Mandatory Requirements (Read Carefully)
• Graphic design + video editing skills are BOTH mandatory
• Working knowledge of Canva + at least one professional tool
• Photoshop / Illustrator (for design)
• Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut (for video)
• Ability to edit Instagram Reels confidently (not just trimming clips)
• Strong sense of visual flow, timing, typography, and brand consistency
• Discipline with deadlines and responsiveness

Good To Have:

• Motion graphics or basic animations
• Prior social media content experience for a brand/startup
• Interest in interiors, design, or branding

This Is Not For You:

• If you only do static posts
• If Im still learning video editing is your main pitch
• If you struggle with feedback, revisions, or timelines
