Graduate Trainee

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with QA engineers and developers to understand business requirements and technical specifications.

· Develop, document, and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.

· Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved promptly.

· Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not affected by new changes.

· Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts.

· Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

· Provide feedback on product quality and usability to the development team.

· Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, graduating in 2024/2025.

· Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

· Familiarity with Salesforce platform and its functionalities is a plus.

· Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

· Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar is an advantage.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
