About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Government Liaisoning & PR Executive who understands how to navigate government processes efficiently and get things done. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with government departments, ensuring smooth approvals, and representing the organization with professionalism and credibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with government bodies, municipal corporations, and regulatory authorities for approvals, permits, and documentation.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with officials to facilitate faster execution of projects.
• Handle end-to-end coordination for government-related processes and compliance requirements.
• Track applications, follow up consistently, and ensure timely closures.
• Support the leadership team with updates on regulatory changes and policy matters.
• Manage PR-related interactions when required to strengthen the companys external presence.

Requirements:

• 13 years of proven experience dealing with government bodies and administrative processes.
• Strong network and relationship-building skills within government departments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly resourceful with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate immediately.
