Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Google Ads Specialist. The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and growth. The role involves analyzing campaign performance data, conducting keyword research, A/B testing ad creatives, and utilizing Google Analytics to refine strategies. Additionally, the Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals and maintain campaign budgets effectively.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Video ads

* Strong knowledge of keyword research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization techniques

* Experience with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools

* Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO to enhance campaign effectiveness

* Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

* Familiarity with the Indian financial sector is a plus
