Job Overview

We are urgently looking for a motivated and hands-on Go (Golang) Developer Immediate Joiner to join our engineering team full-time at our New Delhi office.

This is an emergency requirement, ideal for developers with around 1 year of practical Go experience who can join immediately and are eager to work on live production systems, gain exposure to distributed architectures, and grow rapidly by working closely with experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Go (Golang)
• Build REST APIs using Gin
• Work with gRPC for internal service communication
• Implement background and asynchronous tasks using Asynq
• Work with PostgreSQL using GORM
• Debug, maintain, and improve existing backend systems
• Assist in identifying performance bottlenecks and system issues
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team on design and implementation
• Follow best practices for clean, scalable, production-ready backend development

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Go (Golang)
• Experience with Gin
• Basic working knowledge of gRPC
• Experience with PostgreSQL and GORM
• Understanding of backend development and microservices basics
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Immediate joiner only (mandatory)
• Must be comfortable working full-time from office (New Delhi)

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Basic understanding of distributed systems
• Familiarity with Docker
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Awareness of system performance, logging, and debugging
• Interest in building scalable backend systems
