GM HR Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager HR Operations to lead the full spectrum of HR operational functions and drive excellence across employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless HR service delivery, strengthening HR governance, enhancing process efficiency, and enabling a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership, create goals and strategy related to Manpower Planning and retention.
• Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
• Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
• Identify and execute best practices for talent management.
• Monitor and ensure the organizations compliance with state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
• Extensive use of HR Analytics

Qualification & Experience

• Post-graduate degree in HR/IR/Business Management (preferred).
• 1518+ years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to HR Operations leadership roles.
