Shift Timings UK (12.30pm to 10pm, 1.30pm to 11pm)

US (6.30pm to 3.30am, 7.30pm to 4.30am)

Australia (4.30am to 2pm, 3.30am to 1pm)

Job Location - Ahmedabad (WFO)

Responsibilities : UK Payroll

• Processing employee payroll accurately and on time
• Managing PAYE (Pay As You Earn), National Insurance and pensions
• Submitting RTI (Real Time Information) reports to HMRC
• Dealing with statutory payments (SSP, SMP)
• Ensuring compliance with employment tax laws

Responsibilities: US Payroll

• Calculate and process employee wages (hourly, salaried, overtime)
• Run payroll cycles (weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, or monthly)
• Ensure timely and accurate paycheck distribution (via direct deposit or checks)

Responsibilities: Australia Payroll

• Calculate employee wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions
• Process payroll on a scheduled basis (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly)
• Withhold PAYG (Pay As You Go) tax from employee wages
• Superannuation contributions
