Job Description:
We are looking for a German B2proficient Customer Support Executive to handle inbound/outbound voice interactions with international customers. The role involves providing prompt, accurate, and professional support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries over voice calls in German and English
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and document interactions
- Maintain service quality and meet performance metrics
- Follow company policies and compliance standards
Requirements:
- German language proficiency B2 level (mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in international voice process preferred (freshers with strong German skills can be considered)
- Willingness to work onsite from Gurugram
