Generative AI R&D Project Lead

We are looking for a Generative AI Research & Development Project Lead to drive cutting-edge AI solutions in areas such as LLMs, Agentic AI systems, and AI-powered platforms. The role involves leading research initiatives, managing AI development teams, and translating advanced AI concepts into deployable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generative AI research and development projects

Design and implement LLM-based and agentic AI solutions

Manage AI engineers, researchers, and project workflows

Translate research ideas into production-ready AI systems

Coordinate with internal AI research and development teams

Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and progress tracking

Assist in planning, documentation, and reporting of AI R&D projects

Qualification Criteria

M.Tech / MS(R) / MCA (1st Class or equivalent) in the appropriate discipline

OR

B.Tech / M.Sc. / Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (1st Class or equivalent) with 3 years of experience

PhD in AI / Computer Science / Data Science or related field Preferred

Strong understanding of AI product development and research workflows
