Job Description: GenAI Engineer

Lead the development of scalable Generative AI solutions using LLMs and multimodal models. Build and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI applications on GCP and OpenShift Fabric, integrating EasyRAG for optimized retrieval-augmented generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and fine-tune LLMs using RAG frameworks.
• Integrate EasyRAG to enhance context-aware responses using dual-route retrieval and LLM-based reranking.
• Configure EasyRAG pipelines via YAML for modular deployment and efficient inference.
• Deploy models on GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery) and OpenShift Fabric.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed GenAI into enterprise workflows.
• Ensure responsible AI practices including bias mitigation, privacy, and explainability.

Required Skills

• Strong Python and experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Hands-on with GCP services and OpenShift Fabric.
• Experience with EasyRAG, Gemini, Angular, and vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone).
• Nice to have understanding of Identity & Access Management domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in CS, AI, or related field.
• 23 years in GenAI, 710 years in AI/ML overall
