Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Generative AI Engineer to join our Enterprise AI team As a Generative AI Engineer heshe will be responsible for building optimizing and deploying AI models capable of generating highquality realistic content HeShe will collaborate closely with data scientists software engineers and product teams to innovate in the space of natural language processing NLP image generation and other AIdriven creative tools

Key Responsibilities

1 AI Model Development

o Design build and train generative models eg GPT GANs VAEs for text image and multimedia generation

o Finetune existing pretrained models to improve performance for specific applications

o Explore and implement novel generative AI architectures and techniques

2 Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering

o Collect and preprocess largescale datasets required for training generative models

o Perform data augmentation and transformation techniques to enhance model robustness

3 Model Evaluation and Optimization

o Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and finetune models for optimal results

o Optimize models for efficiency scalability and performance in production environments

4 Collaboration

o Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers UXUI designers and data engineers to deliver AIpowered products and features

o Partner with the research team to integrate the latest advancements in AI into production models

5 Deployment and Maintenance

o Develop scalable pipelines for deploying models to production

o Continuously monitor and maintain deployed models ensuring they meet performance and ethical standards

6 Innovation and Research

o Stay uptodate with the latest research in AI and machine learning particularly in generative AI

o Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and represent the company at conferences and workshops

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or a related field PhD is a plus

3 years of experience in AIML development with a focus on generative models

Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch and Hugging Face

Handson experience with large language models LLMs GANs VAEs or similar technologies

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries like NumPy Pandas and SciPy

Experience with cloud platforms AWS GCP Azure for training and deploying AI models

Familiarity with prompt engineering finetuning large pretrained models and creating scalable pipelines

Strong problemsolving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI content generation in NLP image processing or creative media

Knowledge of reinforcement learning transfer learning or other advanced AI techniques

Publications in AIML research are a plus

Mandatory Skills

hands-on experience with Generative AI & AIML

Knowledge of Python
