About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Architect to lead end-to-end AI solution development from model research and architecture design to training, optimization, and production deployment. This role combines advanced research expertise, hands-on engineering, and technical leadership to build scalable, high-impact AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generative AI initiatives and drive innovation across projects.
• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI systems using advanced architectures such as Transformers, GANs, and Diffusion Models.
• Build, fine-tune, and optimize large-scale foundation and domain-specific models.
• Architect scalable, high-performance, and secure AI solutions leveraging distributed computing frameworks.
• Stay current with advancements from leading research forums (e.g., NeurIPS, CVPR) and translate research insights into practical implementations.
• Implement Responsible AI principles including bias mitigation, fairness, transparency, and ethical AI practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with research, engineering, and product teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to long-term AI architecture and strategy.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Masters or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in generative AI architectures including Transformers, GANs, and Diffusion models.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and JAX.
• Hands-on experience building NLP, Computer Vision, or multi-modal AI systems.
• Experience designing and deploying distributed AI systems at scale.

Good to Have

• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Research publications or patents in AI/ML.
• Contributions to open-source AI communities such as Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or Diffusers.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI tools and frameworks (Fairness, Explainable AI).
