Role Description

We are looking for a qualified and client-friendly General Physician to join our wellness center and oversee medical screening, safety, and wellness consultations for clients undergoing advanced recovery and rejuvenation therapies. The physician will play a key role in preventive healthcare, therapy guidance, and ensuring ethical and safe use of wellness treatments. This role is ideal for a doctor interested in wellness, lifestyle medicine, and non-hospital-based practice.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation & Preventive Care

Conduct detailed wellness and preventive health consultations

Review medical history, lifestyle, stress, sleep, nutrition, and risk factors

Identify early signs of metabolic, hormonal, or lifestyle-related imbalances

Educate clients on long-term health, recovery, and disease prevention

2. Therapy Guidance & Protocol Development

Recommend suitable wellness and recovery therapies (HBOT, cryotherapy, red light therapy, floatation therapy, IV drips, sauna, compression therapy, etc.)

Create personalized wellness and longevity programs

Monitor client progress and modify plans as required

Ensure safe and ethical use of all therapies

3. Longevity & Anti-Aging Focus

Apply principles of healthy aging and performance optimization

Guide clients on inflammation control, fatigue management, immunity, and recovery

Support clients in maintaining long-term physical and mental well-being

4. Safety, Ethics & Compliance

Screen clients for contraindications before therapies

Maintain proper medical documentation and consent forms

Ensure compliance with clinical and ethical standards

Refer clients to appropriate specialists when required

5. Client Education & Engagement

Explain therapy benefits and preventive health concepts in simple language

Participate in client awareness sessions, workshops, or wellness programs

Build long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups

6. Collaboration & Operations Support

Work closely with therapists, technicians, and administrative staff

Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Assist management in improving service quality and outcomes
