General Manager - Design

Role & Responsibility

• Oversee the design and development of Real Estate projects from conception to completion.
• Lead and manage the master planning process, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to incorporate innovative design solutions.
• Direct the landscaping efforts to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the projects.
• Develop and implement infrastructure design strategies that support sustainable development practices.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the design and development process.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the design team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve project milestones.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in design management processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Master's degree in Design Management or a relevant discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery and team management.
• Proven experience in leading design and development initiatives.
