| Lead and mentor a team of GenAI Developers specializing in development of newer capabilities for the TCS GenAI SDLC Assistant solution |
| Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality. |
| Participate in technical design reviews and architecture discussions. |
| Oversee the technical aspects of AI/GenAI development, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. |
| Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of use cases into the solution construct |
| Participate in hands-on development, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python. |
| Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely solutions. |
| Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/GenAI technologies and share knowledge with the team. |
